Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1-pound 90/10 ground beef
1 egg (per pound)
½ pack saltines (crushed)
½ pack Lipton onion soup mix
½ cup salsa
¼ cup ketchup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a bread pan
Crush saltines in gallon size Ziplock bag
Combine all ingredients in bowl and distribute evenly in bread pan
Bake at 375 degrees for one hour
