Buffalo Chicken Chili

Buffalo Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground turkey
1 tablespoon olive oil
10 baby carrots chopped (2-3x as desired)
3 stalks celery (2-3x as desired)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
5 cloves garlic
5 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
½ cups Franks red hot
Two 15-ounce cans tomato sauce
15 ounce can diced tomatoes with chilies
15 ounce can black beans drained, rinsed
15 ounce can chili beans in sauce (do not drain)

Directions:

Brown meat in olive oil in large (deep) saucepan
Add chopped celery, carrots, bell pepper to browned meat, add garlic
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, hot sauce, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, black beans, chili beans; stir to combine
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for one hour
