Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients:

6 thin pork chops
Plain breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 heads of broccoli
10 small red potatoes

Directions:

Beat egg with 2 tablespoons water
Dip pork chop in breadcrumbs, then in egg, and then back in breadcrumbs
Fry pork chops in hot oil (medium to medium/hot) for about 3 minutes on each side or until brown
Steam broccoli in one pan and boil red potatoes in another pan
Steaming broccoli should take ~10 minutes; the red potatoes will take closer to 30 minutes
