1 cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup grated cucumber
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh dill
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pound lamb
1 cup finely diced cucumbers
1 cup finely diced tomatoes
½ cup finely diced red onion
1 bunch flat leaf parsley
1 package flat breads
Directions:
For Tzatziki: combine 1 cup Greek yogurt with ¼ cup cucumber, garlic, olive oil, fresh dill, sea salt, and pepper. Mix in lemon juice and stir to combine. Give it a taste and adjust the flavors to your liking.
For toppings: dice cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and parsley. Set aside in separate containers.
Brown lamb in frying pan. When browned, combine meat, tzatziki, and toppings into flat bread. Enjoy!
