Pizza

Ingredients:

2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
½ teaspoon brown sugar
1 ½ cups warm water (110 degrees)
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 jar pizza sauce
1 package shredded Mozzarella cheese
Turkey pepperoni/veggies for topping

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and brown sugar into the water, let sit 10 minutes
Stir salt and oil into yeast solution.  Mix in 2 ½ cups of the flour
Turn dough out onto clean well-floured surface and knead in more flour until dough is no longer sticky
Place dough into well oiled bowl, and cover with cloth.  Let dough rise until double (~1 hour)
Punch down dough and form a tight ball.  Allow dough to relax for a minute before rolling out
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
If baking pizza on pizza stone, place toppings on dough and bake immediately
In a pan lightly oil pan, let dough rise 15-20 minutes before topping and baking Bake 15-20 minutes
