The following is a short list of ideas for breakfast. I purposely left waffles and pancakes off the list. They are typically excessively processed and sugary; however, if you can find a version with less sugar and more protein then these options could be acceptable. The same can be true of bagels (due to size), breakfast cereals, oatmeal, and smoothies. Please be sure to do some comparative research to make sure they fit within your goals.
