In large pan, melt butter and oil together
Add onions and red pepper; cook until softened
Add garlic, cook another 1-2 minutes
Pour in white wine; cook until it reduces a bit
Cook pasta according to instructions
Once almost cooked, drain and set aside
In veggie pan add in shrimp, red pepper flakes, and lightly salt and pepper everything
Once warmed through but still liquid in pan, add in cooked pasta and parmesan
Toss everything so it is coated in cheese
Salt and pepper to taste, squeeze on lemon, sprinkle on parsley
