1 to 1 ½ pounds of salmon
1 lemon
Butter
1 bag of frozen tater tots
1 bag of frozen peas
Directions:
Place salmon filet(s) on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or sprayed with cooking spray. Place alternating slices of butter and lemon on the filet(s).
Place tater tots in a single layer on another covered or sprayed baking sheet. Place fish and tater tots in the oven at the same time and bake according to the tater tot directions (usually 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes). You may need to put the fish in for 5 minutes first or the tater tots depending on the size/thickness of the filet(s) and the number of tater tots (1/2 versus entire bag). You will also need to consider whether your fish was fresh or frozen.
When fish and tater tots are nearly done cooking microwave frozen peas according to package instructions.
