1 pound ground beef
1 egg
½ cup Romano cheese
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon parsley
½ teaspoon garlic salt or powder
1 chopped small onion
1 chopped stalk celery
3 Italian sausage links
18 ounce can Hunts tomato paste
1 ½ teaspoon of basil
2 tablespoon romano cheese
Olive oil


Make meatballs (egg, Romano cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic salt, celery).  Mix and fry in a small amount of olive oil.  Boil 3 Italian sausage links and save the water.  Cut links in half and fry them.

To Italian sausage water add

– 18 ounce can of Hunts tomato paste
– 2-3 cans of water and stir
– 1 ½ teaspoon of basil
– 2 tablespoons of Romano cheese
– put all fried meat into pan and cook for 3 hours (hot down to low)
